U&lc Redesign
U&lc was one of the first publications created specifically for the design community from 1974 to 1999 by Herb Lubalin. This project was to redesign a new spread, cover, and masthead with the purpose to modernize U&lc in current times.
The spread was inspired by the article "Collecting Clocks" where the rhythm of tic-tock is demonstrated by reading, from left to right, one column to the next.
To be featured in the Communication Arts Type Annual 2017.
